The Educator reported her assistant was in the house with three infants. EEC Licensor then observed a woman in the licensed basement area with three infants. The woman did not have approved EEC certification to work as an assistant at the time of the visit, making her unable to supervise children within EEC regulations. The Educator immediately called another approved assistant to the program so she could be in compliance with EEC supervision regulations.
