A sampling of medications were reviewed and the following was found: 1. When asked for a child’s medication, the licensor was handed expired medication. 2. The child’s current medication was in the classroom and shown to the licensor afterwards. Another expired medication was observed. The program director stated they would return all expired medications to the child’s parent.

Three children's files were reviewed and the following was found: 1. One file had an expired 1st Aid and Emergency Medical Consent Form. 2. Three files were missing the anticipated days and time of attendance.
