In the pre-k and preschool classroom there was furniture (Tall shelving, a brown bookcase and a white wooden kitchen) that was tippable and could pose a hazard to children.
During an observation of the outdoor space there were items (bikes and a plastic climber) that were in poor condition/broken, and items that are not suitable (razor scooters) for children under 5 years of age. There was a metal rake that was accessible to children.
During the visit it was learned that there are three children who are toddlers that attend the program but the program is not licensed to care for toddlers.

At the time of the visit there was a toddler in a classroom that was not signed in.
Epipen was not appropriately labeled at the time of the visit.
Children did not wash hands before snack.

Benadryl was not available and according to a plan it is required.
At the time of the visit educators did not exercise appropraite supervision of children.
Supervision of Children
At the time of the visit there was an educators purse on the floor within reach of the children which could pose a risk to children. There were also two rocking chairs which had entrapment concerns.

During the review of children's files it was discovered that there is a child enrolled that has an allergy and according to the physical that child needs medication but the program did not have the medication for the child.
