Based on observation during a tour of the certified family child care home, the suveyor found the following medications not locked: (1) Preparation H hemorrhoidal suppositories, Triamcinolone acetonide cream, Tinactin antifungal cream, hemorrhoidal ointment, Silver Sulfadiazine Cream, Baby Orajel, Wal-dryl anti-itch cream, antibiotic cream, A/B otic drops, and Neomycin otic suspension were inside the first aid kit that was stored in a cabinet in the laundry room/foyer area.
