General: Based on observation, the surveyor found the following: 1. A swing seat with the chains attached that was placed on the ground beside the swing set and back fence roll on the playground. 2. What appeared to be a swing bar with gray handles chained to the middle of a pole on the end of a swing set on the playground that was slightly hanging down to the ground. A loose chain was observed to be on the other end of the swing bar.
