General: Based on interview and video footage, the surveyor discovered that a staff member inappropriately handled a two-year-old child (approximately two years and ten months) by grabbing the child arm’s and what appears to be the child's face and/or neck area, which caused the child’s head to tilt backwards. During interview with the staff member, she admitted to grabbing the child a little rough. Therefore, the health, safety, and comfort of the child was compromised. Staff-in-charge reported that when she learned of the incident, she called and reported to the incident to DCBS and DRCC. Once the staff-in-charge viewed the camera footage, the staff member was terminated.
