One Year Room: Based on observation, on 8/21/12 approximately 10:50 a.m. at the completion of a diaper change, staff sprayed the surface of the diaper change table with Lysol, then immediately wiped the surface dry with a paper towel. Review of the product label revealed staff failed to follow the recommended procedure for disinfecting surfaces which indicated that the product should be sprayed on the surface, allowed to remain wet for ten minutes, then wiped dry.
