General: Based on observation, during a tour of Classroom A, the surveyor found the door to an office within the classroom was opened. In the office area, a desk stored several over-the-counter medications belonging to staff members. There were also two (2) fragrance spray cannisters stored on the desk, and a gallon jug of bleach was stored under the desk. These items were accessible to the children in care, and had warning labels that warned, "Keep out of reach of children" on each container.
