General: Based on observation, the surveyor found the following: 1. A tube of Aquaphor placed in the second middle pull out drawer from the bottom of a cabinet in the Infant Classroom One that stated, "Keep Out of the Reach of Children," on the label. The drawer was observed to not have a child safety lock. 2. A box of Kroger aluminum foil that contained a cutting edge placed on the second shelf from the bottom of a shelf in the Preschool Classroom Three. A curtain was observed to be hanging over the front of the shelf. 3. A red fire extinguisher placed on the floor in the corner of the Two Year Old Classroom Four behind the exit door. 4. A red basket placed on a shelf under the changing pad table in the Two Year Old Classroom 4 that contained the following: A tube of Seedlings Diaper Rash Cream that stated, "Keep Out of the Reach of Children," on the label, a tube of Aquaphor that stated, "Keep Out of the Reach of Children," on the label, and a tube of Boudreaux Butt Paste that stated, "Keep Out of the Reach of Children," on the label.
