One (1) staff member (DOH:02/12/24) had completed eight and a half (8.5) of the fifteen (15) required hours of cabinet-approved early care and education training for the review period 02/13/25-6/30/25. 3. One (1) staff member (DOH:02/16/24) had completed zero (0) of the fifteen (15) required hours of cabinet-approved early care and education training for the review period 02/17/25-06/30/25. 4. A staff (DOH: 10/18/22) had a completed background check with an eligibility date of 11/09/22 and a fingerprint submit date of 11/02/22; therefore, the staff person was hired prior to clearance for employment. During interview, staff-in-charge stated that she began working for the child-care center on 10/18/22. Staff-in-charge stated that she worked in the office and did not work alone with children. Staff-in-charge stated that she was fingerprinted in May 2022 and the previous child-care director terminated the application; therefore, she had to be fingerprinted again. 2.
