A trash can lid had been placed on the floor in the dining area, there were children picking up the trash can lid while the staff were cleaning off the tables after lunch. The staff was observed instructing the children to wash their hands. 2. The children's sheets and blankets are stored in big plastic bags when not in use. While the children are napping, the sheets and blankets are located on the children's cots and the big plastic bags were placed under each child's cots. Placing empty plastic bags near a child could cause a suffocation hazard. The staff stated during interview that the plastic bags were always stored underneath each child's cots during naptime.
