General: Based on observation at the time of the survey, eight children ages 1 1/2 months to fifteen-months-old were in the indoor gross motor room when the surveyor arrived. The child who was 1 1/2 months old was observed sleeping on his back on a thick vinyl mat in an area surrounded by a low fence type enclosure with clear sides. Once the surveyor observed the infant sleeping in the area, a staff person woke the infant up and then took the child out of the enclosure.
