General: Based on observation and interview, the following was found: 1) Three (3) cribs that are used by children in care are used as a storge when children are not sleeping in them. Provider stated that three (3) children are in attendance and when they need a crib, she will take the items out. The items in the cribs were food packages, toys, blankets, sleeping cots, and paint. It is not sanitary for the children to sleep on the sheets that multiple items are being stored on. 2) Six (6) child size chairs were stacked and placed on the children's table. It is not sanitary to store chairs on the table, and they pose a hazard for the children in care.
