The extension cord was going from an outlet in an upward position onto the shelf. Staff-in-charge reported that she had the extension cord taped to the shelf; however, the tape had come loose from the shelf. 2. A box of metal steaks and a hammer was located on the porch. 3. A small shovel placed in a small trashcan underneath a bench on the porch. 4. A bucket that contained two (2) hammers and a pair of scissors underneath a bench on the porch. 5. A bucket that contained spikes, screws, a screwdriver, and a spray bottle that contained degreaser was on the porch. Children have access to the porch when they are playing on the playground.
