The inside of three (3) bowls had what appeared to be mold on/in the straw portions. The bowls were observed on a drying rack after being cleaned, according to interviews with staff in the building. In the Two-year-old Classroom, a sippy cup lid labeled with a child’s name had what appeared to be mold on the spout. According to staff interviews, they are unable to properly clean the spouts on the cups because they have not been provided with the necessary equipment.
