On 07/22/24, a staff member was caring for children in the Preschool Classroom when she picked up a four-year-old child by the wrist, then released the child to fall back down onto the floor. During interview with multiple staff, the surveyor learned that the child complained that her arm was hurting and needed an icepack. The surveyor reviewed video footage and observed the staff member person to pick up the four- year-old child by the wrist in an aggressive manner, then released the child onto the floor; therefore, the health, safety and comfort of the child was compromised.
