General: Based on observation and interview, this regulatory requirement was not met. The surveyor entered the family child-care home at approximately 12:42 p.m. and observed eight (8) children sleeping. The provider stated that the youngest child present was six-months-old, and the oldest child present was four-years-old. She identified one (1) child as her own child. The surveyor noted that there was not an assistant present. The child-care provider stated that her assistant was not available because her daughter was sick. It should be noted, this regulatory violation was cited during the renewal inspection conducted on 9/15/2022.
