Interview with staff revealed the children ages twenty-one-months-old to eight-years-old was served the aforementioned whole milk yesterday (9/8/14) for breakfast. Continued interview with staff revealed that the aforementioned milk was not going to be served during surveyor’s visit because it was expired and that there was no other milk available at the facility.
