Infants can maneuver out of or fall from the seat, posing a risk of serious injuries. Working closely with the CPSC, Bumbo has determined that the potential safety issue can be readily corrected in the home by adding a restraint belt. In addition, Bumbo is providing a new warning sticker for consumers to attach to the seat to re-emphasize existing warnings against use of the seat on any raised surfaces. General: Based on observation, it was determined the center failed to properly label bottles. Observation revealed one unlabled bottle sitting in a basket with the child's name in a refrigerator in the toddler classroom. Additionally, three unlabled bottles were observed sitting in a basket with the child's name in a refrigerator in the infant classroom.

Puppies: Based on observation and interview, there were seven children in the classroom ranging in age from eighteen-months to two-years. Interview with the classroom staff revealed the children that were present were regularly scheduled in the room and the older children were not scheduled to transition to an older classroom. Therefore, toddlers were being cared for with older children on a regular basis.
