The surveyor then walked down the hallway and into a bathroom, in which one (1) of the doors to the toilet stall was closed. Observation of where the bathroom is located revealed it is not within scope of vision and range of voice of the classroom. The surveyor returned to the aforementioned classroom and a child entered the classroom at 2:12pm and the staff member stated that is the child whom was in the bathroom.
