Child care center management found the actions to be unprofessional, not condoned and a poor reflection on the child care center; therefore, the staff member who engaged in the behavior was terminated shortly thereafter.

Continued observation revealed seven (7) children in the classroom at 10:45 A.M. Interview with staff in charge revealed she had mistakenly thought one of the two staff members was not qualified at the time of the visit to be alone with children.
