Further observation revealed that the staff member moved two additional children to the high chair area and was attending to those children while the remaining two children were left in their cribs, again with an obstructed view from where the staff member was attending to the other children. Further observation revealed that when the first staff member was relieved, the second staff member placed all 6 children in their high chairs and the staff member was in the crib area with an obstructed view of all of the children while she appeared to be disinfecting the crib mattresses.
