General: Based on Observation, on 11/12/2013 a staff member in the "yellow" nursery was observed attending to four children ranging in age from one to two years of age who were in cribs on the right side of the nursery while two children were seated in high chairs on the left side of the nursery. Due to the configuration of the room with the diapering area/storage closet located in the center of the rear wall the staff member's view of the children in the high chair was completely obstructed creating a supervision issue according to the regulatory requirements. Further observation revealed that the staff member moved two additional children to the high chair area and was attending to those children while the remaining two children were left in their cribs, again with an obstructed view from where the staff member was attending to the other children.
