Preschool room: Based on Observation, the children were taken from their activities on two (2) separate occasions and their breakfast meal was interuppted to go the front door to allow a staff member to escort a child to the school bus which was waiting outside. The enviornment was chaotic and the children were confused and was unaware of what they were to be doing. On one occasion, the staff member was about to take ten (10) of the children outside as it was pouring down rain in order to escort one (1) child to the school bus which was waiting outside.
