Interviews revealed a staff member who worked in the role of a caregiver for one-year-old children has displayed reoccurring, aggressive interactions with the children in his/her care, to include, forcefully pushing toddlers' heads onto cots, repositioning toddlers aggressively, and speaking to children in a threatening manner. In the one-year-old room during nap time on 9/13/23, the surveyor observed the aforementioned staff member continuously push a child’s head down on the cot and tell him/her to “Stop”. The staff member then took the child by both of his/her upper arms and aggressively jerked him/her from his/her left side onto his/her stomach. The staff member then started to push the child’s head down onto the cot again.
