The staff member stopped rocking the crib, grabbed the child very roughly by the arm and leg and stretch them out, then went back to rocking the crib very excessively; this happened on at least five (5) occasions. The staff member stopped rocking the crib, began to hit the child on the bottom again, then went back to excessively rocking the crib. This incident lasted for more than three (3) minutes. Interview with staff members revealed even after viewing the documentation of the incident on 2/5/19 no one went to check on the child in the crib to make sure she was okay.
