The following staff (DOH: 11/05/21 and 10/07/22) obtained zero (0) hours of the required six (6) hours of cabinet-approved orientation training; therefore, the training was not completed within the first three (3) months of employment. 2. A staff (DOH: 08/11/16) obtained thirteen (13) hours of the required fifteen (15) hours of cabinet-approved early care and education training for the review period 07/01/21 – 06/30/22.
