General: Based on Interview, and observation, it was determined the center failed to comply with regulatory requirements regarding first aid/medication, specifically first aid supplies. At 8:00 a.m. interview with center staff revealed that the first aid supplies had been stored for the day in the office. Observation revealed a parent volunteer directed the surveyor to the office, which was around the corner and down a hallway, located within the maintenance office. Further observation revealed, five (5) minutes passed before the maintenance supervisor was able to unlock the door the first aid supplies were stored; the first aid supplies were immediately inaccessible by being stored in a locked area away from the area the children were.
