General: Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not report to the cabinet that the center has not been open since the August 2024 school year started. The staff in charge stated that school-age children attended the childcare center in the summer of 2024 until school went back into session in August 2024. Per review of DRCC records, a notice of temporary closure for any extended amount of time was not reported to DRCC, nor were daily closures reported to DRCC.
