Per interviews, Children's Advil Suspension was given to a child who received an accidental injury while at the center. A child was observed putting a small ball of foil into and out of her mouth, and another child walking throughout the room with a pretzel stick in her mouth, while neither staff member was aware. Also observed in the Date Room was a child with a hammer-type object (used for playing a zylophone) was hitting several children on the head, making them cry. An interview with the director revealed that the swimming activities are part of the planned curriculum and is scheduled weekly.
