General: Based on review of documentation, the child care center failed to comply with the regulatory requirements in regards to having an approved director. A request for a change of director was received by DRCC on 10/16/2017; however, the request failed to include all required documentation to verify the named director's qualifications. Upon request for the additional documentation, no documentation was submitted for review. Therefore, the center fails to have an approved director.

General: Based on Review of Documentation and interview, the child care center failed to comply with the regulatory requirements with regard to change of director. Upon request, the child care center failed to submit all qualifying documentation for an employee with a hire date of 08/12/15, who was selected as a candidate for director. An email, with regard to a change of director request, was received on 07/19/17. However, all qualifying documentation was not submitted for the newly identified director. Therefore, the center failed to have an approved director since 07/19/2017.
