General: Based on interview and review of documentation, a newly identified director was presented at the time of the preliminary inspection; however, documentation verfiying the individual's qualifications was not submitted for review. Verification of an Associate degree in a field other than Early Childhood Education and Development was reviewed; however, there was no evidence of completion of twelve (12) clock hours of child development training and two (2) years of verifiable full-time paid experience working directly with children. Review of ECE-TRIS revealed the completion of eight and one-half (8.5) hours of training; however, not all of the training was training of child development.
