Continued observation revealed the one-year-old continued to stand on the chair and reached and grabbed a paper dinosaur off the wall and proceeded to put a tiny object in his mouth that he pulled off of the back of the paper dinosaur. Surveyor immediately brought the child to the attention of the staff members in the classroom, who intervened and got the child down off of the chair and retrieved the paper dinosaur and the tiny object from the child’s hand.
