Record review revealed a staff member with a hire date of 08/01/2015 listed residences in North Carolina and Virginia on her Kentucky Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) application. Said staff member's records included a criminal record check for North Carolina, but none for Virginia. Interview with the staff member confirmed she resided with her parents in Virginia during the summer months from 2012-2015.
