Verification of fifteen (15) hours of cabinet-approved early care and education training, completed between July 1 and the following June 30 of each subsequent year of employment, was not presented for review for two (2) staff members (DOH: 07/12/2019 and 11/07/2024). 2. The child-care center failed to present a verification of current records of Pediatric Abuse and Head Trauma (PAHT) training for two (2) staff members (DOH: 04/15/2015 and 11/07/2024). 3. Verification of six (6) hours of cabinet-approved orientation, completed in the first three (3) months of employment, was not presented for review for one (1) staff member (DOH: 11/07/2024).
