The surveyor asked if she was the staff person in charge. She stated that the staff person in charge had left because she was sick. The staff person later called the staff person in charge when she could not locate files. The staff person in charge returned to the facility at approximately 8:25 a.m. Staff files presented for review found that the staff person who had been left alone when the staff person in charge left the facility was not certified in CPR and First Aid.
