General: Based on interview and review of documentation, the liability insurance available for review had a policy coverage period of 01/30/25 to 01/30/26. The staff-in-charge stated the previous owner had documents such as this sent to another location; therefore, the new policy was not available for review at the time of survey. The staff-in-charge stated they would acquire this documentation as soon as possible and then secure coverage under the new ownership.
