General: Based on observation, the following was found: Four-Year-Old Classroom 1.) An air vent in the classroom was not in good repair, as the vent was not flush with the bottom portion of the fitting. In addition, there were areas within the vent that had been bent which caused larger gaps between the grills. Hallway Across From Three-Year-Old Classroom 1.) There was an air vent that was not flush with the wall on both sides. This caused a gap that exposed the interior air filter.
