General: Based on observation during the inspection, the following was found: Toddler Room 1) The baseboard was missing under the air vent causing the dry wall to be exposed. Harvest Room 1) The exterior door leading to the outdoor play area was peeling and chipping white paint. Bathroom off the pre-k room 1) The two (2) handles located on the sink vanity were loose. Hallway 1) The door leading to the outdoor play area contained a hole that went through the door. The sunlight could be seen from indoors.

General: Based on observation during the inspection, the following was found: Toddler Room 1) A piece of rubber stripping was not secured to the diaper changing station, causing sharp pointed edges. 2) There was a piece of plywood missing from the bottom right side of the changing table, leaving sharp splintered edges.
