Observation of the main classroom at approximately 10:10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and again from 11:00 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. revealed thirty (30) children present between the ages of three to four years old. The capacity for the classroom is measured for twenty-seven children (27) as per the floor plan.
