General: Based on observation, interview and review of documentation, the following was found: 1. Five (5) children were present in the Pre-Toddlers room. The square footage of the Pre-Toddlers room was one hundred thirty-two (132) square feet, which allowed three (3) children thirty-five (35) square feet of space. 2. Four (4) infant children were present in the Infants room.
