Threes' classroom: Based on observation and interview, four (4) pillows were torn and had esposed foam, one (1) red/blue child size child was torn and had exposed netting, one (1)easel used for art was broken and repaired with blue tape, two (2) art tables yellow paint brush holders were broken, and one (1)cabinet door was missing twelve (12) inches of the frame exposeing six (6) nails. Twos' classroom: Based on observation and interview, a three (3) by three (3) inches in diameter hole was in the side of the book shelf in the reading center. Infants' Napping Room: Based on observation and interview, two (2) crib matresses were torn, four (4) crib sheets did not fit the crib matresses and five (5) cribs had white tape on the rails in order to keep the rails up. .
