General: Based on observation, the following was found: 1) A two (2) foot by two (2) foot square section of the floor was covered in black duct tape at the entrance of the preschool room. 2) Black duct taped lined the carpet where it met the hardwood floor in the preschool room. 3) The wall panel to the right of the entrance was pushed in at the bottom and the inside of the structure was visible in the preschool room.
