General: Based on interview, this regulation was not met.The center reported that on occasion milk supplies have been short on Fridays, and staff were unable to leave the facility to purchase additional milk at that time. In response to the incident, the center increased the number of gallons included in the weekly grocery order to help prevent future shortages. On a specific date, 04/17/26, the center ran out of milk and did not have any to serve the children during lunch. According to interviews, this occurred because they were not ordering enough at the onset of the week.
