General: Based on observation in the Toddler Classroom at approximately 11:07 a.m., the surveyor observed a male toddler walking around the classroom while drinking from a sippy cup. A staff member removed the sippy cup and placed it on a shelving unit. A female toddler then approached the shelving unit, and the staff member provided her with a sippy cup. The female toddler proceeded to walk around the classroom while drinking before the cup was again removed and returned to the shelving unit. As a result, children were observed carrying sippy cups around the classroom rather than sitting while drinking.
