General: Based on interview, the surveyor found the following: 1. Through multiple interviews, the surveyor found that a former staff person had inappropriately handled a two-year-old child on 10/28/24 while in the restroom at the child-care center. Through interviews, the surveyor found that the former staff person had gotten in the face of a two-year-old child, pinched his cheeks and made the two-year-old child cry. The surveyor also found through interviews and documentation, that the former staff person would also be rough with children in the classroom and make the children cry. 2. Through multiple interviews and documentation, the surveyor found that a former staff person had kicked a two-year-old child in the leg during nap time on 11/01/24. During interview with multiple staff, the surveyor found that the former staff person had kicked the two-year-old child because the two-year-old child had kicked another staff person, and the former staff person thought she was teaching the child a lesson.
