The male child told the surveyor that they were putting balls away in the storage closet. As the two children were exiting the cafeteria doors to return to the gym, the surveyor heard the staff person in charge ask the two children where they had been and instructed them to return to the group in the gym. In the homework room, the light blue paint was found to be flaking away from the "ABC" wall and on the wall under the windows. In addition, three (3) ceiling tiles were found to have water damage in the large classroom. Six (6) ceiling tiles were found to have water damage in the homework room.
