General: Based on interview, this regulation was not met. It was confirmed that two (2) children who were diagnosed with MRSA were allowed to attend the center with open sores. The teachers tried to keep covers on the children's sores but were not always successful, which resulted in exposing other children in care to the bacterial infection. Families were made aware of the infection after the center was notified.
