On 10/20/15 a new onsite director had been assigned but not all required documentation had been received by DRCC. A voice mail was left for the director on 11/24/15 and 11/25/15. Director contacted DRCC on 11/25/15 stating that she would get the missing documentation. On 12/01/15 a Director Non-Compliance letter was mailed with a deadline of 12/04/15. Another message was left with the director on 12/09/15. DRCC contacted Regulated Child Care and received approval to contact the Eastern Enforcement Branch requesting the facility be cited for Director Non-Compliance.
