Wet wipes labeled "keep out of the reach of children" were discovered in a lower unlocked cabinet in the Two's and Afternoon Four's/Five's classrooms. 2. A staff purse was discovered sitting on the floor under a desk in the Four's/Five's classroom. 3. Hand sanitizer labeled "keep out of the reach of children" was discovered on low shelves, counters and window ledges in the bathrooms, Four's/Five's classroom and School-Age classrooms. 4. Cleaning supplies such as "Lysol", "Scrubbing Bubbles" and toilet cleaner were discovered on a cart in an unlocked closet in the gym.
