General: Based on observation and interview, the following was found: 1) A staff member's red and black backpack was located on a wooden shelf in room 104. 2) A staff member's yellow and pink tumbler and a blue tumbler were located on a shelf behind the staff members desk in room 104. 3) A staff member's gray coffee cup and keys were located on an adult-size desk in room 104. 4) Hard surface disinfectant wipes were located on a bookshelf in room 103. 5) Bed bug spray and Clorox spray were located on the third shelf of a cabinet in room 103. 6) Clorox wipes were in an unlocked beige cabinet in room 103. 7) A black Michael Kors purse was located in an unlocked beige cabinet in room 103.
